ML1 Services Ltd are licensed waste carriers. We undertake full house and garden clearances along with construction and demolition wastes. We only ever dump at landfill where we cannot recycle. We can take care of all your waste uplift requirements.

We are a small family business and offer a bespoke service to domestic and commercial clients and can provide daily or weekly uplifts to suit your individual needs. ML1 Services Ltd are registered with SEPA and hold a valid waste carriers licence. We undertake full house/office/ factory and garden clearances along with construction and demolition site wastes.

Waste Recycling

We follow strict guidelines and separate as much recyclable waste as possible. We conduct pre and post-let clearance for landlords and letting agents in and around Glasgow, West and East Dunbartonshire, Lanarkshire, Argyll and Bute, and central Scotland.

In most instances we can provide a same-day service to our customers, if you contact us before 9am and ask about same-day service, follow up with an email or whatsapp photos of your requirements we will try to accommodate you.

We also undertake insurance work and can liaise directly with loss adjusters and insurance companies where required. We offer a material testing service for suspect asbestos, lead based paints which is important as you have a duty of care for the waste that originated from your property
